Paneer Butter Melt Medley
Ingredients (serves 4 rice cakes)
  • Smug You simply salted rice cakes
  • 4-5 cheese slices of your choice
  • Cooked butter paneer gravy
  • 1-2 sliced / diced tomatoes
  • Fresh coriander leaves
Smug Tip

For an extra kick, drizzle a bit of tangy tamarind and green chutney on top before serving!

Instructions
  • Heat rice cakes in a toaster or on a pan until slightly crisp.
  • Place your favourite cheese slice on each rice cake.
  • Spoon the butter paneer over the cheese, letting it melt slightly.
  • Place tomatoes on top of the paneer.
  • Sprinkle chopped fresh coriander for a burst of flavour.
